Message I wanted to let you guys know of the status of my project. Right now the heads and short block are complete.

A quick summary of the work being done to Support the HKS 2835s and Pentroof Manifolds

Weisco Pistons Coated by Polydyne
Pauter Rods
Custom Black F1 coated ACL Bearings
ARP main and cap studs
ARP head studs
block has been o-ringed
Polished Crank, rounded and deburred, and cryo treated.
Girdle has been deburred and rounded and etc.
The block has had all the oil and water passages worked to remove all cast flashing, and any form of block even some extra cooling tricks as well.
The rods and pistons were line bored to be a completely free floating assembly.
There is a few more things to the block that were done but I forget now.

The heads have
JWT 400+ Cams
JWT heavy duty valve springs
Ferrera 1mm oversized exhaust and intake super alloy valves
Multi Angle valve job
Porting of exhaust and intake runners and port matching of all intake and exhaust ports
Spark Plug boss removed
Bronze Valve guides
94+ intake cam gears modified to allow adjustment through the front instead of the back.
Tomei adjustable exhaust cam gears

I had the turbine housings and intake manifold extrude honed and its getting matched to the lower plenum. So basically its all coming together except for one small snag.

The JWT 400+ cams base circle does not seem to be exactly the same as stock causes valve springs to be unloaded slightly to much and can causes some valve train noise. Its no real big deal but the idea is to make it perfect so there is testing being done with that.

For those who like pics here you go.

And this was another motor that brings things into prospective it was a super charged V8. Producing over 2000HP.

I hope to have the motor back soon and start stuffing it into chassis. My only thing left is engine mangement. Times are about to get exciting with all these new projects being released.
